5/365-Hilarity part 2

Oh Nikon D40, how I love you and your multiple picture taking capabilities. You can make a 31 year old woman move in slow-mo even though you can take a bazillion pictures really fast. This is my sister. Her name is Jenifer and she is another awesome person in my life. She would KILL me if she saw this picture, so lets keep this between you and me eh?

4/365-Hilarity

I feel like a crackhead kinda...but Kyle and I were sitting behind Wal-Mart eating, and we were watching these pigeons fly off the roof. Not funny at all right? WRONG! Have you ever actually watched a pigeon fly off a roof?? IT is the most hilarious thing I have ever seen. They jump, wings closed then 1/4 of the way down, open their wings. Still not funny? You kinda had to be there. Kyle was making all sorts of weird noises when the bird would jump, and we were yelling "jump jump!!!" yeah....hilarious

3/365-Hellionism?

Is that a word? This child...I love her to death. She is a hellion to the T. Sure this picture looks sweet and innocent, but ooohhh no. She is insane, but very sweet. Her name is Brooke, she is 2 and she is AWESOME. I LOVE her blonde curls and shining blue eyes. The way she says "Auntie" and "Teet!!!" (for Tait, obviously lol) and the occasional, "Shut up Bitch" thanks to her mother. Anyhoo, I'm trying to catch up on the last few days I've missed, forgive me if these posts don't make sense.

2/365-Cleanliness

Cleanliness is next to godliness? Ok well try cleaning with a toddler in the house. These pictures are to prove to my father, and Kyle that the house IS clean, but Petrie destroys it before they get home. Both pictures are our family room, both taken from different angles. The first one is from the sliding glass door looking toward the entryway, and hallway to the bedrooms. The second one is taken from the entryway looking into the dining room and back windows.

Not really a professional type picture, but well...here they are

1/365 Innocence

I will be trying to do a different personality trait, state of being, mood, for every day of my Project 365. Day 1 is Innocence. I love the look on Petrie's face in this picture. This was a spur of the moment photoshoot in his pajamas, and it turned out wonderfully. I love living in California, it's mostly warm and sunny and the sun is perfect for photography. I still have a long way to go in learning, but I think this is a good one for my first try.
Petrie has some awesome facial expressions, but I promise, there won't be 365 pictures of him
